All products in the shop are made-to-order through a professional print partner. That means I don’t hold stock, and returns or exchanges work a little differently than in traditional shops.

➤ If you changed your mind:

Because each item is made just for you, I unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please feel free to reach out before ordering if you have any doubts—I’m always happy to help!

➤ If you ordered the wrong size:

Please double-check the size guide before placing your order. Since everything is made to order, I can’t offer exchanges for wrong sizes.
However, if it happens, don’t worry—I’m happy to offer a discount on a new order in the correct size as a gesture of goodwill.

➤ If the product is damaged or incorrect:

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos. In such cases, I’ll make sure you get a free replacement—no extra cost to you.

2-Year Warranty 

We stand by the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on all Printly items. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal and responsible use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, irresponsible handling, unauthorized modifications, or lack of proper care.

If you experience any issues with your product, we're happy to help – whether it's a replacement, repair, or refund.
