Conversations by the sea
2026
Acrylic on canvas
50×50 cm
I go to the sea
when there is no longer room
for all that fills my mind.
I speak to those who do not answer,
but simply listen.
There is no need for answers.
In the silence, the words are allowed to simply be.
The waves carry them away,
receive them, raw as they are,
and slowly wash them back to me —
softer than before.
Dark shapes move through the water
like old memories
that no longer hurt as much.
And when the silence finds me,
I know the sea is waiting.
